Billing and Insurance

We are dedicated to providing excellent care and services to all patients. Dr. Hall is a provider for Medicare and most PPO insurances. However, she may not be in-network for all insurance plans. If she is out-of-network, we will be happy to bill your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. Our billing office is available to assist with any questions you may have.

Your First Visit

During your first visit, Dr Hall will review your complete past medical history and perform a comprehensive physical exam. Please complete the patient intake questionnaire and information forms and bring them with you to your first visit. Otherwise allow for an extra 15 to 30 minutes PRIOR to your appointment time to complete these forms.  These forms will help Dr. Hall to better assess your condition; and henceforth recommend a treatment plan specific to your individual concerns. If you have trouble downloading the forms, please call the office to have us mail or fax them to you prior to your visit. Also, please bring any pertinent medical records with you to your first visit. This includes especially previous pelvic or vaginal surgery, or previous consultation and treatment for pelvic floor disorders. We also need a complete list of any medications that you are taking.

Scope of Practice

Dr. Hall practices exclusively Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. She does not therefore perform routine Gynecologic exams, Pap smears, Breast exams or mammography. She will work closely with your Medical Doctor and/or Gynecologist to coordinate care. If you do not have a general Gynecologist, we are happy to refer you to a physician in the area. When appropriate, Dr. Hall will consult with other specialties such as Urology, Colorectal Surgery, and Gastroenterology to assure leading-edge comprehensive evaluation and treatment for your condition.

Diagnostic or Therapeutic Procedures

Any additional diagnostic testing will be explained to you during this first visit. It may be necessary to obtain and/or review other tests prior to formulating a therapeutic plan. If surgery is recommended as an option for treatment, the procedure will be explained in detail to you on several occasions. Often, there may be several alternatives for treatment of your problem. These will be discussed, along with the pros and cons of each approach so that you can make the best decision about your care.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU!
